The plankton sampler consists of pressure-resistant aluminum and precision threads that are completely sealed. The sampler draws air down to the acacia medium as a collection matrix
The standard BioStage sampler has 400 pores with a pore size of 0.65 μm and a flow rate control operation of 28.3 L/min.
Sample medium was selected: 90-100mm culture dish.
